4K Screen and Wallpaper. You can also enter it in the location bar in File Explorer. This folder usually contains subfolders named after different wallpaper themes such as Flowers or Windows or resolutions 4K.
The following is the screenshot of the Windows 11 wallpaper folder on my computer. The Screen folder contains wallpapers that are used by default for the Lock screen. The location for Windows 10 desktop wallpapers is CWindowsWeb.
